1. How much notice do you need?
We ask for as much notice as possible. Our weekends book up very fast, so it's great if you can book as far in advance as you can. We ask for a $50 deposit to secure the booking and the rest is payable 2 weeks prior to the party.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
Payment can only be made via direct bank deposit.

3. Do you accept layby or can I do a payment plan?
We understand that birthday parties can be very costly so we will gladly work with you through a payment plan or layby in advance. However, full payment must be received prior to any party.
4. What if the number of guests change?
We can usually accommodate a change in guest numbers (increase or decrease) up to the day before the party but please advise as soon as possible if numbers have changed. We cannot accept guest number changes on the day of the party.
5. Can I do DIY?
Yes, we do offer DIY for any of our parties. Ask us for what you have in mind and we'd be happy to price it up.
6. What if something gets broken?
We use all our gorgeous items for many parties, so we would ask if a breakage happens to please advise us, and we can discuss replacement cost of the item with you.
