LUXURY PICNIC SETUPS

Hosting a hens party or baby shower or looking for a sophisticated elegant picnic setup for your next birthday party, galentines or girls get together? Maybe you'd like a kids entertainment area at your wedding? Or maybe you'd like a very special proposal picnic for your engagement?

We create fancy and exquisite luxury picnic setups anywhere in the Wellington region to give all your guests an unforgettable experience.

We can do full setups and packdowns, or you can DIY if you have a smaller budget, or you can hire the tables and rugs by themselves or 'tablescape' and hire just our lovely tableware packages.

Our picnics are suitable for indoors or outdoors, however please have a Plan B in case of rain or too windy conditions to have your picnic setup outside.

The size of 2 tables, suitable for 8-10 guests is 1.5m across x 3.3m long.

BOUTIQUE PICNIC SETUPS

PICNIC SETUPS MAY INCLUDE:

Hourly Hire (4hr Minimum) and full Setup, Styling And Pack Down
Low to Ground Tables with Rugs and Assortment Of Stylish Cushions
Table and Floral Decorations
Table Place Settings (tableware, glasses, napkins, cutlery etc)

Prices -

$175 for 2 guests - proposals and anniversaries
$295 for up to 16 guests for kid's parties (disposable tableware)
$395 for up to 12 guests for adult parties (using all our gorgeous hired tableware)

We also have DIY picnic options from $250, or tablescaping options (hiring everything except the tables) from $15 per person or we even hire out the tables by themselves from $50 a table.

Our fun mega or mini teepees can be added upon request and we offer other extras like fresh flowers and umbrella hire too.
